Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the Niagara Flower Mound Warehouse on schedule and within budget. The project was designed in collaboration with Meinhardt & Associates for TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. This state-of-the-art facility with modern design and technological features spans 127,810 square-feet and provides space for Niagara Conservation, a leading manufacturer of water and energy conservation products.
The new warehouse has installation of storm, sewer, and water utilities, a clear height of 38 feet, and improvements to Old Gerault Road. Cadence McShane Construction Company was chosen for its experience in building complex industrial facilities and worked closely with TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. to ensure that the project met their needs.
