Three Cannabis Firms Strengthen Their Boards With New Appointments
ZYUS Life Sciences Corporation, a Canadian cannabinoid-based life sciences company, announced that Wayne Brownlee has obtained security clearance from Health Canada to join the company’s board of directors.
California cannabis company Unrivaled Brands, Inc. appointed Matt Barron to its board of directors, bringing his experience as a start-up founder and healthcare operator.
CannaPharmaRx, Inc. expanded its board of directors and added Anthony Panek, a mergers and acquisitions attorney, and Adam Mindle, a transactional attorney, to the team. One more board position remains to be filled, while Mark Branson has chosen to step down from his current position.

CanadaBis appointed Garfield Richards, a certified public accountant, to lead its finance department.
