Pacific Grove, CA, May 24, 2023 – Desmond L. Early was inducted into Marquis Who’s Who. Only those individuals who have achieved eminence in their profession and demonstrated outstanding leadership, accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in their respective fields are selected for inclusion in the registry.
Mr. Early has over 10 years of experience in athletics and business, and is the founder of New Generation Athlete, and California Ave Apparel. Since 2014, he has been working on communication between e-commerce managers in Malaysia and factory partners and vendors in China, as well as working with creative directors to enhance his business. He is committed to creating a brand that meets industry standards, communicating effectively with his staff to maintain consistency. In addition to his business ventures, he has volunteered with local businesses across California, including the Police Activities League since 2001, the SPCA Kern County and the American Red Cross Southern California since 2012, and provided mentality cultivation and preparedness training for student athletes at Bakersfield High School and Seaside High School.
Early previously worked as an assistant manager for Cal Ranch, Inc. in 2011 and became a territory representative for Ecolab in 2017. He was a professional football athlete, participated in the Olympics twice in boxing, and holds national records in powerlifting. Early obtained a Bachelor of Science in management and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, he holds executive leadership and advanced leadership certifications with NSLS Baruch, and is a national black MBA associate. He has been recognized as one of the top 1% out of 1.4 million students in executive leadership and skills by the National Society of Leadership and Success and was inducted into the Order of the Sword and Shield National Honor Society.
Mr. Early’s goal is to continue growing his company and serve the community by spreading compassion for others, changing the narrative of corporations that cater to the people they serve in a more ethical way.
