The ranked lists were created through an independent survey that took place between March and April 2023. The survey included more than 2,000 industry experts, such as physicians, plastic surgeons, plastic surgery clinic managers, and other healthcare professionals in the field. The candidates were evaluated based on recommendations, quality assessment, certifications, and their backgrounds.
From the results of the survey, the top 30 plastic surgeons in each category were ranked and listed according to their scores. The rest of the candidates were listed alphabetically. The survey collected and reviewed over 8,400 responses to calculate the score for each procedure.
Dr. Rod J. Rohrich achieved the top ranking in several categories. He was ranked number 1 for rhinoplasty surgery, facelift surgery, eye lift surgery, and liposuction. He also ranked number 3 for breast augmentation, which is the most popular cosmetic surgery procedure in the United States.

Dr. Rod J. Rohrich is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Dallas, Texas. He has been named the top plastic surgeon in America by Newsweek for rhinoplasty and facelift surgery in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Dr. Rohrich is also a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.
