The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Asia ETF, with over 222,000 shares traded, is experiencing unusually high volume in afternoon trading on Friday. This is significantly higher than its three month average volume of about 61,000 shares. EEMA’s shares are down approximately 0.3% for the day.
The ETF’s components that are seeing the highest volume on Friday are:
- NIO, which is trading up about 0.4% with over 15.0 million shares changing hands so far.
- Pdd Holdings, which is down about 1.3% on volume of over 3.1 million shares.
Among the ETF’s components, Yum China Holdings is performing the best on Friday, with an increase of about 3% for the day. On the other hand, Miniso Group Holding is lagging behind, experiencing a decrease of about 5.6%.
