Jennifer is responsible for managing a group of business insurance client service team members and a risk management service coordinator for her construction clients. Her role also involves working closely with others to unify and streamline procedures and team efforts, fostering the professional growth of her team members, addressing internal relationships between sales and service teams, and overseeing her clients’ insurance as a Client Executive.
Before joining Lovitt & Touché, Mrs. Bond served in various notable roles. These include Marketing Analyst, Client Manager, and Construction Practice Group Manager. Her early career included working for Brown & Brown Ins of AZ, Conservation United, Inc., The Mahoney Group, and Southwest Risk Management, LLC, where she gained valuable expertise in marketing and insurance advisement.
Beyond her illustrious professional career, Jennifer has volunteered with several notable organizations, including the Girl Scouts, the Superstition Area Land Trust’s “Keep It Wild Forever,” and the Arizona Trail Association.
Jennifer is a Certified Insurance Counselor through the National Alliance, and a Certified Insurance Service Representative through the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of AZ.
