Driven to expand upon his professional knowledge, Mr. Kuebler also became a Tennessee Supreme Court authorized Rule 31 Civil Mediator, a LEED Certified Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council, an EPA-certified renovator, and licensed instrument rated pilot.
In order to remain aware of ongoing industry changes, Mr. Kuebler maintains alignment with the Association of General Contractors, the Chattanooga Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, is a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel, and Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. Similarly, he is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. While his career has been filled with standout moments, he is most proud of balancing family with founding his construction company in 2010 while attending law school. Looking ahead, Mr. Kuebler hopes his various other businesses will allow him to semi-retire while he continues to grow his law firm.
