Elon Musk has once again voiced his criticism towards Yoel Roth, the former Head of Trust and Safety at Twitter, now known as X. This adds another chapter to their ongoing dispute.
What Happened: The latest episode in the ongoing feud between Musk and Roth took place on X on Friday. Musk’s criticism of Roth was prompted by a post from Wall Street Silver, accusing Roth of disregarding issues related to child images on the platform during his time there.
The Wall Street Silver account shared a screenshot of Roth’s post on BlueSky, in which he accused Musk of making antisemitic remarks. Roth’s post read, “With Musk going full-on antisemite, I missed this update…”

In response, Musk stated, “He is not a good person.”
Why It’s Important: Last year, Musk insinuated that Roth condoned pedophilia, resulting in a barrage of threats and harassment towards Roth and his family. These accusations were reportedly false.
The harassment forced Roth and his family to leave their home.
Musk also allegedly misrepresented Roth’s academic work, referencing his Ph.D. thesis titled “Gay Data” from the University of Pennsylvania, implying a connection between the thesis and inappropriate content. This accusation perpetuated false narratives associated with the LGBTQ+ community.
