Nasdaq Stockholm has completed its investigation into Ericsson’s public disclosures related to its internal investigation report on Iraq in 2019. Nasdaq Stockholm dismissed the matter, stating that the information in the report was not significant enough for a reasonable investor to use it as part of their decision-making process. Ericsson previously addressed the review and the Swedish Shareholders Association in response.
