Ultimately, the most crucial decision revolves around people and relationships. Carolyn Jordan has been working for Neighborhood Credit Union for over four decades and is highly respected by her peers on the local, state, and national levels. She is in charge of leading the credit union’s growth areas, including online and mobile channels, data analytics, special projects, product development, marketing, and advocacy. Carolyn serves on the Consumer Depository Institutions Advisory Council for the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank, the Credit Union National Association Political and Grassroots Network, and the executive committee of the Texas Regional Chapter of the African American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC). She is also a member of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Operations and Member Experience Council, a nationwide forum for credit union leaders.
On May 18th, the Dallas Business Journal honored the recipients of the Women in Technology Awards program in person.
