The SIIA will leverage NewSky XR’s innovative immersive event platform to take the CODiE Awards, known as the “Oscars” of the software industry, to the metaverse for the winner announcements. It will be a two-day event, scheduled for June 21st and 22nd at 1 pm EDT.
The CODiE Awards are presented by the SIIA annually for top software, information, edtech, and business products, teams, and leaders.

Event participants can log in to NewSky XR’s secure online platform to customize avatars with video screen heads and interact with industry leaders in a realistic environment with photo-realistic texture. Although the event is free to attend, pre-registration is required.
