Mr. Daley is a highly experienced personal trainer and coach who opened his franchise, Ace Force One in Medford, Oregon in 2023. Prior to that, he had worked for two years as a personal trainer at another facility. He enjoys working with his clients and managing his team of online and in-person trainers, providing them with innovative workout and fitness programs that ensure maximum results.
Mr. Daley believes in F.O.R.C.E., which stands for “Focus On Rewarding Committed Effort.” He takes pride in his work and has mastered the art of molding and toning the body through appropriate exercises and nutrition. His vision for the future is to expand his franchise and help more people appreciate the importance of good health.
Mr. Daley’s love of fitness started during his youth when he discovered the many benefits of exercise through sports. However, a drunk driver hit him, breaking his kneecap and costing him several athletic scholarships. After undergoing surgery and rehabilitation, he graduated from Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa, with a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and exercise science.
In his spare time, Mr. Daley volunteers as a firefighter and hopes to become more involved with the community, providing the necessary resources for individuals to take care of their mental and physical health.
