The SolidEDGE camera system provides high-quality surveillance without a complicated setup and is available in two models, the PNV-A6081R-E1T (1TB onboard storage capacity) and PNV-A6081R-E2T (2TB). The system structure is customizable and flexible, allowing easy remote access and security systems management. Each SolidEDGE camera allows connection and recording of up to five additional cameras, making six in total, including the original camera’s video stream. Users can also merge up to 30 SolidEDGE systems through WAVE Sync, with regular software and security updates.

Remarkably, the SolidEDGE camera offers features such as enhanced cybersecurity, SSD Status Management, reinforced durability, and Improved Weather Resistance. Its rugged built-in SSD drive provides high-speed and reliable storage for video data, with SSD status management, which can be accessed from the camera web viewer, giving information about the SSD drive’s health, ensuring the system runs smoothly. Also, TPM 2.0 (FIPS 140-2 level 2 certified), Device Certificate (Hanwha Vision Root CA, pre-installed), Secure OS/boot/storage, AND Verified FW forgery guarantee next-level cybersecurity.
The hard-coated dome bubble enhances resistance to scratches from external elements such as sand and handling and minimizes degradation of resolution due to scratches. The camera system has a metal-shielded RJ-45 terminal and enhanced grounding frame structures that protect the camera from transient voltage such as lighting and static electricity, ensuring reinforced durability. With a built-in AIR vent, the system also prevents condensation and maintains performance over long-term use and storage through water vapor control.
The SolidEDGE camera system planned availability is June 2023.
