Tracy L. Groller, MS, PMHNP-BC has been chosen to be part of the Marquis Who’s Who which recognizes prominent individuals based on their noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and positions. Tracy is a skilled and devoted nurse practitioner who specializes as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with board certification. She is licensed in four different states and offers diagnosis, prescribes medication, recommends therapy, and performs direct patient evaluations for behavioral health case managers. Tracy works collaboratively with primary care providers to recommend mental health treatments. She is also a highly effective communicator with patients who have significant therapeutic challenges. Tracy will continue her work as a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Minded on a part-time basis.
Prior to her current position, Tracy L. Groller spent 25 years as an integral member of the St. Luke’s University Health Network where she held various positions including registered nurse, clinical specialist, clinical coordinator, research nurse, manager of neurology, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (inpatient and outpatient during the COVID pandemic). During 2014-2016, Tracy also taught as a nursing instructor at Pennsylvania State University. Tracy earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Northampton Community College in 1996, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010, and a Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2013 from Moravian University. She furthered her education by achieving a post-master’s certificate in psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from DeSales University in 2018. Tracy takes pride in having helped to expand St. Luke’s Neurology team from nine providers to 32 providers in three years while earning her college degree to be a nurse practitioner.
Tracy L. Groller is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, and a certified Reiki practitioner. Her supportive husband, family, friends, educators, and employers contribute significantly to her success. Tracy plans to focus on spearheading a practice as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and precepting new nurse practitioners in this field. Furthermore, Tracy is a member of Lehigh Valley Women of Adventure and enjoys nature walking during her spare time.
