In 2020, Valeria was the Vice President of Sales Operations for Rancher Labs, which provides a complete software stack for teams looking to adopt containers. The company addresses the operational and security challenges of managing multiple Kubernetes clusters across any infrastructure while providing DevOps teams with integrated tools for running containerized workloads.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Manchester served as Director of Sales Operations for HashiCorp, a unicorn startup, where she developed HCP’s first sales operations team and facilitated exceptional hyper growth of $5 million ARR to $100 million ARR and a $5 billion valuation over three years by establishing scalable operational foundations, and keeping long term sustainable growth and investor consideration in mind which helped prepare the company for their IPO in 2021 on the NYSE.
