Zonda has now unveiled the most flexible and innovative “2024 Virtual Concept Home by Livabl” to the public. The home was created in partnership with leading architects, builders, and designers, and is the product of collaborative and innovative efforts aimed at addressing existing flexible home designs. Zonda Virtual’s tools were an essential component in the development of virtual floor plans, 3D renderings, and a virtual reality walkthrough to make the design of the home more accessible and easier to explore.
As per Jeff Meyers, this home envisages the needs of a modern-day homeowner and is designed to cater to them. The flexibility of the home and different options across each floor plan ensures that the home can be customized as and when required. The elegant design package options available in this 2,300 square feet home are curated based on the latest sustainability and environmental efficiency trends.
Bassenian | Lagoni architects, CDC Designs, SMP Environmental landscape designs, and Schweitzer & Associates led the project in collaboration with Shea Homes, Mattamy Homes, New Home Co., Thrive Home Builders, and Davidson Communities. The plans are backed by JELD-WEN, the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), Trex, Schneider Electric, James Hardie, and Kohler. The project is powered by Zonda Virtual and utilizing the Livabl listings platform while plans will be available for sale via Zonda House Plans.
The visions behind the conceptual virtual home were initially shared privately at the Builder 100 conference, subsequent to which the home was publicly revealed today at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) in Anaheim, Calif. Attendees can experience a virtual reality tour of the home at the Livabl booth (#403). They can also learn more about the home design and its impressive design features from the companies’ partners during presentations at the Zonda innovation stage. The presentations are scheduled for 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on May 24th and 25th on the second floor.
